I am a strategic business, marketing, technology, and operations consultant with MBA credentials from the Kenan Flagler Business School and a Six Sigma Master Blackbelt certification. Over the last 20+ years, I have been focused on delivering tangible value across industries and disciplines, including management consulting, financial services, technology and operations, and the utilities industry. Successful organizations are propelled forward by aligning their goals to data-driven strategies that deliver quantifiable value in the eyes of their customers, employees, stakeholders, and shareholders. This mindset must shape all motivation and decision-making, from establishing a vision to product fulfillment and value sustainment. My core strength lies in leading within each stage of that transformational journey.

Throughout my career I have predominately supported large, profit-driven organizations. Over the years, I have gained much experience and honed a unique and valuable skillset that is extensible across industries. Founding Value-Driven Strategic Consulting created an opportunity for me to apply those skills to help nonprofit organizations with altruistic motivations succeed in fulfilling their purpose. This company’s business model is an extension of my personal motivations and professional values.
